Jim Wiggins
Founder
Aqua-Terr Systems, Inc. was founded by Jim Wiggins in 1982 as a partnership with Dr. Elizabeth Binney in Sedro-Woolley and later moved to Bellingham. Mr. Wiggins has been a lifelong advocate for ecological science and received his Masters degree from Western Washington University with an emphasis in terrestrial, marine and freshwater ecology and water quality. Mr. Wiggins served as president for 28 years before Karla Gallina, the senior biologist at the time, bought the company in 2016.
