Aqua-Terr Systems, Inc. is a quickly growing environmental consulting firm located in the heart of Whatcom County serving local and neighboring jurisdictions.  

For over 30 years we have specialized in

We are an active member in the Wetland Study Group and develop our knowledge and skills through continued education.

Since 1988, we have served over 1,750 clients on over 40,500 acres of public and private land through local, state, and federal biological permitting and consultation processes.

We assess biological critical areas on tracts greater than 1,000 acres and parcels less than 1 acre for large and small development projects, including commercial, residential, and public facilities.

Our general service areas include Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan, Snohomish, and King counties, with clients in the greater Washington area, Alaska, and Canada.

In addition, we consult with local jurisdictions including Anacortes, Arlington, Bellingham, Blaine, Burlington, Ferndale, Lynden, Mount Vernon, Nooksack, Sedro-Woolley, Hamilton, and Point Roberts, state agencies including Ecology and WDFW, federal agencies including Corps, USFWS, USEPA, and NOAA, and sovereign nations including the Upper Skagit, Nooksack, and Lummi Native Tribes.

We maintain insurance for public and corporate clients, including Professional Liability Errors and Omissions Insurance and a $2,000,000.00 Auto Insurance Policy.
