Who we are

ATSI

Aqua-Terr Systems, Inc.

Is a quickly growing environmental consulting firm located in the heart of Whatcom County serving local and neighboring jurisdictions.  For over 30 years we have specialized in critical areas permitting, wetland assessments and delineation, buffer determinations, biological assessments and surveys, wetland impact analysis, habitat restoration, critical area reports, and wetland mitigation and monitoring. We are an active member in the Wetland Study Group and develop our knowledge and skills through continued education. Since 1988, we have served over 1,750 clients on over 40,500 acres of public and private land through local, state, and federal biological permitting and consultation processes. We assess biological critical areas on tracts greater than 1,000 acres and parcels less than 1 acre for large and small development projects, including commercial, residential, and public facilities.

Our general service areas include Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan, Snohomish, and King counties, with clients in the greater Washington area, Alaska, and Canada.
