Jody Wiltfong graduated from Skagit Valley College with a BS in Environmental Conservation with an emphasis on aquatic and terrestrial relations. He has previously worked as a seasonal technician with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Habitat division, focusing on invasive species control throughout the Skagit Bay area. While employed with WDFW Mr. Wiltfong also had the opportunity to work with migratory waterfowl and Rhinoceros Auklets. Jody grew up hunting and fishing throughout the pacific northwest and proudly brings his passion for the outdoors to ATSI. He is also a member of many conservation organizations including the ruffed grouse society, Pheasants Forever, Quail Forever, and Ducks Unlimited.  Jody’s role at ATSI includes performing wetland and ordinary high water mark determination, assisting clients in regulatory procedures, as well as GIS and CAD mapping.
